Cancellation policy:

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:
From 2 or 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90%.
For early departure 100%.

Child discounts:

One child up to 3 years in parents room free accommodation (only in summer).
Children up to 4 years per day € 20,00 (only in winter).
Children up to 13 years in parents room -30%.
Children up to 15 years in parents room -20%.

Local tax: € 2,00 per person/per day - Winter 2025 € 2,45
Pets allowed on request: per day € 16, - (without food)
Short supplement per day: € 7,00 
Single room supplement in summer per day from € 25,00 to € 35,00
Single room supplement in winter per day from € 40,00 to € 55,00
